Description:
The Universal Mod series is a multiplayer modification for Blitzkrieg 2 - Fall of the Reich that features 7 playable factions and 9 tech levels (including 2 sub mods). It includes more than 750 mech models, many of them new creation of Wittman to whom we own a lot. The main factions are: Germany, Japan, Italy (with support from Romania, Hungary and Finland), France or minor belligerents (Czechia, France, Greece, Spain - depending on the techlevel), Great Britain, United States (on the first tech level replaced by Poland), and USSR. In the mod infantry has a more important role than in the usual game
To install :
The latest available version of the mod. It fixes some problems, adds new models, and French and Spanish units for the French faction on the techlevel 42-43. In order to install the mod you need to extract this file into a certain folder called 'Mods'. If you dont have such a folder you need to create it. After this start the game and try to load the Mod via the Mod tab in the main menu. If Universal Mod 17/18 occurs in the list the installation was concluded successfully.
