Power Level Restoration Skyrim

My criteria: 1. The resources to do it must be plentiful. It needs to have low level access. In all cases, I have the Aetherium crown with lover’s stone stored in it and I’ll have the standing stone for the skill group active on me. It is undeniable that Skyrim has quite a lot of skill grinding involved in it, with Sneak being one of the slowest. This quick guide will show you the best way to level up your Sneak skill quickly, and early in the game! These enchanted knives can then be sold and recoup some of the costs of purchasing the materials. It's always nice to be able to level up while earning back gold, especially in the early stages of Skyrim where money is still an issue. Fl studio 12 mixer. Leveling these magic skills can take an obscene amount of time.
Changed character build, see post # 8.I have a character I'm planning. I call the character build a 'restoration knight'. They will have the highest proficiencies in Heavy Armor, One-handed, Restoration magic, and Block. Here is how I plan to have the character by level 50. http://skyrimcalculator.com/252712
I'm going to play as a female Nord. For heavy armor, I will get them steel armor as soon as I can. Regular steel helmet, steel Nordic armor, steel Nordic gauntlets, steel cuffed boots, and a steel buckler (from a mod). I'll work my way up to steel plate armor (might opt for a heavy helmet that matches steel plate armor that allows you to see her face, I prefer that). She'll use swords and maces (switch it up between the two, mostly for fun). I'll have her use steel swords and I'll get her a skyforge steel sword as soon as I can. I'll get her a Dwarven mace as soon as I can and I'll get her a Dwarven bow as soon as I can. I'll use a mod that makes Dwarven weapons grey metal, so they will match the steel armors. I'll probably just use steel arrows.I don't need many perks in smithing. I'll use a mod that will allow blacksmiths to improve your weapons and armor for a price. I won't have to pump that much points into raising my magicka, either, as that same mod allows court wizards to enchant items and apparel for you for a price, so I can pay for some fortify magicka items and apparel.
I want perks in lockpicking because, for one, it gives the character some more variety and makes them more interesting, and two, I want two lockpicking perks, one which allows you to get more gold in chests, and one that gives you a higher chance of getting special treasure in chests (like enchanted items and apparel, gemstones, etc.). I really want those perks so that my character could have more money. My character would have no ways to make a ton of money easily, but I'd like to be able to have some money, so if I go on adventures often, then these two perks will help her have more money, with more gold from chests, and better items which she can sell for good and decent prices.
Heavy armor makes you slow, so I will activate the steed stone early on in her game, and I'll eventually get the perk 'conditioning' in the heavy armor skill tree.
What do you guys think of this character build?
Now, should she fight for the stormcloaks or imperials? She is a nord, but I think she sounds like someone that would want to support the empire when it comes to Skyrim, in hopes that the empire can someday thwart the Aldmeri Dominion and Thalmor (both of which she hates). What do you guys think?

I just thought of this, maybe I won't make her a Nord. I might go for a Breton or Imperial instead. I'll have to look into this. I'd like your inputs on this, as well.Power Level Restoration Skyrim Guide
