Kindly reply: Did you try using your Web browser and check if its just the Network icon on the notification bar which is not visible or you are not connected to the internet at all?

I would suggest you try the following steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: Check for settings.

1. Press Windows key and go to Settings > System> Notifications & Actions.

2. On the right pane, click on Turn system icons on or off.

3. Switch On, by clicking on the button next to Network.

4. Check if the icon is now available on the bottom right corner of the Taskbar.

1. Press Windows key and click on Settings > Network & Internet > VPN >Change Adapter settings.
